Booking & Cancellation Policy
Room Bookings - valid credit card and $50 deposit must be provided at time of booking. Room cancellations accepted until one week prior to booking, subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Less than 1 week notice - full payment required unless room can be rented; every effort will be made to rent the room, $15 cancellation applies.
Cabin Bookings - Full payment is required at time of booking. Cancellation may be made at least 2 weeks prior to stay with $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks pior to stay - full effort will be made to rent the cabin. If successful, the admin fee of $100 will be deducted from the refund. If not successfully rented, there will be no refund.
